Great knife

This knife is a great all around knife and is very sharp. It was the best of all of my knives, until it broke. I stuck it in a log to make a feather stick, and not long into it the tip broke off. I wasn’t doing anything wrong or abusing it and this was the first time I tried it with this knife. Other than that it’s a great knife.

Hello! I'm sorry to see the tip of your knife broke. Please allow me to replace it for you! As these knives taper to a fine tip, (which is great for a variety of finer work like detailed carving and skinning animals) sticking it into wood to to secure it can be a bit hard on it. It just makes it easy to accidently put a lot of stress on that tip. For making feather sticks, I would recommend bracing the tip against a log instead of sticking it in. Please email me your order number so I can send you a return label, and I will get a new knife heading your way.

Amazingly Sharp and Beautiful Knife

This knife is everything I was hoping for straight out of the box. I’ve used morakniv for years but wanted to get my first handcrafted all-purpose knife. It was super sharp straight out of the box, and clearly hand made. It looks very durable, and feels great in my hand. Can’t wait to use it on my next outdoor adventure!

Knife review

I love the walnut grips but thought they would taper in near the blade like the knife I saw on the content video. Also, there were no markings on the knife. I would like to know who made the knife and how it was forged. I know who designed it, but dont know who actually made it. Thanks

Hello, these knives are made by knife maker Mike Jones, with Mike Jones Knife and Tool based in British Columbia. They are made through stock removal, and because they are each hand made, there may be a little variation in each knife. I would be happy to profile the handle with a slight taper in the front like the knife in the product video. If you would like that to be done, I will send you a return label.
